Gretchen Parlato plays the role of Kassandra the Snake singing "Kassandra the Snake" as well as singing the duet, Syd and Lou Lullaby with Gary Oldman. Gretchen is a gifted jazz stylist who is the first vocalist to graduate from the presitigious Thelonius Monk Institute of Jazz Performance in Southern California. She is making her recording debut with this release.
